The art of writing, like the art of being, arises naturally in the heart of the present moment.

The practice of Zen meditation invites us to sit down, here and now, in the heart of our life, cultivating a mind that includes all and excludes nothing. This openness allows us to experience things as they are, in all their fullness. This is the art of being. We can thus freely express this experience through words. This is the art of writing.

In this online retreat, through the foundation of meditation and a variety of writing exercises we explore the essential quality of ever-changing moment-to-moment presence and the expression of it on the page.

No previous writing or meditation experience is required.
The workshop is in English, but participants can write in their mother tongue.
