Yoga as spiritual embodiment
For the first time Alexandra Gericke will offer Iyengar yoga in English
during a five day zen-yoga retreat in Oberdürenbach,
a wonderful retreat place in the beautiful Eifel region in Germany.
Her husband, Zen teacher Frank De Waele Roshi, will lead morning and evening meditations
and comment on some yoga texts.
Yoga retreat from Tuesday afternoon July 17th to Sunday noon July 22th.
